REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is your statutory rights, to receive a refund or exchange if an item does not match your order or if you have received damaged or faulty goods. In addition to your statutory rights our change of mind policy allows for a refund or product exchange when the stated conditions are met.
Please note there is no return or credit notes on sale items, however we are happy to offer an exchange sale items, depending on stock availability of the sale item.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have received a product that doesn’t match your order or is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will happily refund or exchange the goods. We will also reimburse the cost of shipping. Please note there is no refunds or credit notes on sale items, however we are happy to exchange sale items, depending on stock availability of the sale item.
Can I make an exchange?
We will always try to accommodate any reasonable request for exchange. Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist.
I changed my mind!
Change of mind does happen. So, if you have changed your mind on your purchase and you would like to return for a refund or exchange the item must be unworn, in original condition and have the original tags still attached. This excludes sale items as noted above. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Your refund will exclude any postage costs.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
Your exchange or refund will be processed immediately upon receiving the garments.
I just placed an order yesterday and today I received a voucher. Can I have a refund of discount applied?
Absolutely. Our company policy allows us to apply a discount within 48 hours of the placement of the order and receiving the voucher.
